Pendleton is the iconic American heritage brand of the West. With its storied history, Pendleton Woolen Mills has a rich archive that holds endless inspiration. The brand honors its heritage by incorporating classic designs from its archive into its product offerings. We also introduce new patterns each season in hope that someday they too will be considered classics. I love the challenge of creating a new design that will excite the customer while also staying true to the Pendleton aesthetic.
The Mill Technical Design team is responsible for designing and developing both dobby and jacquard woven fabrics for our Home, Menswear, Womenswear, and Accessories lines, as well as outside customers. The files we produce are what keep the looms running. Ensuring technical accuracy through clear communication is essential to keep production flowing smoothly. I also focus on research and development that plays to the mills’ strengths, providing new product offerings to increase mill demand.
